Pool

The Batchelor Heights community pool is for exclusive use of community residents. The pool opens Memorial Day Weekend and closes on Labor Day each year. Pool hours are 8:30am-7:00pm, seven days a week. To obtain a pool key, residents are required to fill out a pool key form and turn it in to the HOA. The following pool rules must be followed or pool privileges will be suspended:

  1. Swim at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty.
  2. No running, diving, pushing, shoving, or other rough behavior or horseplay is allowed.
  3. Pool Hours are 8:30am-7:00pm. After-hour use will result in termination of your pool privileges.
  4. All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at least 18 years of age.
  5. Everyone must wear appropriate swim attire. No cutoffs or clothing allowed in the pool, swimsuits only. Children who are not potty trained must wear a swim diaper.
  6. Pool and deck capacity is 45 people. No more than 45 people be in the pool and pool area at any time.
  7. Residents have priority use over guests. Each resident can have no more than two guests at any time.
  8. Do not let anyone inside the pool area if they do not have a key card or if they are not accompanied by a resident of the Batchelor Heights Neighborhood.
  9. Clubhouse doors will remain locked at all times, even during special functions.
  10. The pool gate must be closed at all times.
  11. Propping the gate for any reason is prohibited and will result in immediate revocation of pool privileges.
  12. Food is prohibited in the pool area. Beverages are allowed as long as they are not in glass containers.
  13. Parents – please go over these rules with your children. Children are held responsible for knowing the rules and regulations.
  14. Do not touch the emergency equipment (spine board, hook, flotation ring, or first aid kit). They are intended for use by trained emergency personnel. Anyone caught playing with the emergency equipment will have their pool privileges immediately revoked.
  15. If the key card is lost, stolen, damaged, or failed to be returned, there will be a replacement charge of $15 for a new key card.

The pool is a great amenity designed for the pleasure and enjoyment of the residents of Batchelor Heights. Please help us enforce the rules and contact us if problems arise.

Clubhouse Rental
The Batchelor Heights community clubhouse can be rented for your next special event! Included in your rental are tables, chairs and a small kitchenette area. Please use the Contact Us page to inquire about date availability. The clubhouse is reserved on a first come, first serve basis. A rental agreement and security deposit are required. During the summer, guests of the special event are not permitted into the pool area.
